The BHM368F Edge Banding Machine is a fully automated straight-line edging unit built for small to medium-sized woodworking shops and panel processing facilities. This compact machine measures 3500mm long, 750mm wide, and 1500mm tall, with a shipping weight of 1000kg. Its variable-speed conveyor runs at 16 meters per minute, accepting board thicknesses from 10mm up to 60mm and edge strips between 0.3mm and 3mm. The smallest workpiece dimensions allowed are 50mm across and 70mm along the feed direction. Operating on 380V/50Hz power with a total consumption of 7kW and requiring shop air at 0.7MPa, the BHM368F relies on an encoder-driven motion system alongside a time-logic PLC controller.
