The BHM368F Edge Banding Machine is a high-performance fully automatic straight-line edge bander designed for panel furniture processing. With overall dimensions of 3500×750×1500mm and a machine weight of 1000kg, it offers a compact and sturdy construction. The conveyor speed is adjustable between 16m/min, processing panels with thicknesses from 10mm to 60mm and edge banding materials from 0.3mm to 3mm. The minimum workpiece dimensions are 50mm in width and 70mm in length.

Powered by 7kW total output and requiring 380V/50Hz power supply and 0.7MPa air pressure, the BHM368F features a PLC microcomputer control system based on time control principles, along with an encoder for sensitive response and low failure rate. The machine integrates a complete edge banding process including glue coating, end cutting, fine trimming, scraping, and buffing, ensuring a one-pass finished result with excellent appearance and durability.
