The BHM START 300 is a high-speed fully automatic edge banding machine designed specifically for board shops and small processing factories. With overall dimensions of 3000×750×1500mm and a machine weight of 800kg, it offers a compact yet sturdy construction. The conveyor speed is adjustable between 16m/min, processing panels with thicknesses from 10mm to 60mm and edge banding materials from 0.3mm to 3mm. The minimum workpiece dimensions are 50mm in width and 70mm in length. Powered by a 7kW total output and requiring 380V/50Hz power supply and 0.7MPa air pressure, the machine features a vertical display control panel for easy operation. The beam height is adjusted via a hand-cranked digital display mechanism. Equipped with a large-capacity glue pot, the machine supports continuous edge banding operations. The complete process includes glue coating, pressing, rough trimming, end cutting, corner trimming, large-diameter vacuum dust extraction, secondary scraping, and buffing, allowing the panel to be finished in a single pass.

8. Complete One-Pass Finishing Process: From glue coating, pressing, rough trimming, end cutting, corner trimming, dust extraction, secondary scraping, to buffing, the entire edge banding process is fully automated. The panel is fully finished in a single pass.
