This is a fully automatic edge banding machine designed for professional panel edge processing. It is suitable for panels with a thickness of 10–60 mm, a minimum width of 50 mm, and a minimum length of 70 mm. The machine dimensions are 3500 × 750 × 1500 mm, with a total weight of 1000 kg. It operates on 380V/50Hz industrial voltage, with a total power of 7 kW and a working air pressure of 0.7 MPa. Equipped with an adjustable conveyor system running at 18–24 m/min, it can handle edge banding materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 3 mm, providing integrated edge processing from end cutting, fine trimming, scraping, to buffing.
