Glue is coated uniformly without glue break or accumulation, tightly bonding edge tape and boards to prevent degumming under high temperature and humid overseas working conditions.
• Integrated 5-in-1 Processing for Premium Finished Appearance

  Four fine processing units are integrated: single-guide rail end cutting trims redundant edge tape on both board ends; high-speed alloy inclined cutter shapes the upper and lower edge profiles; scraping unit removes ripple marks left by trimming; final buffing delivers smooth edge surface without burrs or uneven glue lines, meeting mid-to-high end furniture appearance standards.
