The BHM START 300 is a fully automatic edge banding machine designed for small to medium-sized board shops and custom furniture workshops. With compact dimensions of 3000×750×1500mm and 800kg weight, it delivers industrial-grade performance in a space-saving footprint.

Running at 16m/min conveyor speed, it handles board thicknesses of 10-60mm and edge banding of 0.3-3mm, with minimum workpiece sizes of 50mm (width) and 70mm (length). Powered by 7kW at 380V/50Hz with 0.7MPa air pressure, the machine features a vertical control panel and hand-cranked digital beam adjustment.

The integrated processing sequence — gluing, pressing, rough trimming, end cutting, corner trimming, dust extraction, secondary scraping, and buffing — completes the entire edge banding process in a single pass.
