Product Introduction

 

This multifunctional edge banding machine integrates pre-milling, glue tank, end cutting, fine trimming, scraping/plat scraping, and buffing. It is designed for small to large-volume furniture, cabinet, door and window, and wood veneer production lines. Its compact structure, easy operation, and high degree of automation make it suitable for a variety of edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, hot melt adhesive strips, solid wood edge banding, etc.), significantly improving product appearance quality and production efficiency.

Main Functions (Item by Item)

 

Pre-milling: Pre-processes the board edge before gluing, removing burrs and old glue, and correcting uneven edges. This ensures a tight, straight fit between the edge banding and the board, minimizing subsequent defects.

Buffing: The final step involves mechanical polishing or sanding, achieving a mirror-like or silk-like finish on the edgebanding surface, removing minor scratches, and enhancing the surface finish and premium appearance.
