BHM388YJ Full Automatic Edge Banding Machine

The BHM388YJ heavy-duty edge bander is a multi-station woodworking machine designed for medium and large furniture factories with mass production demands. It integrates comprehensive processing stations: pre-milling, spiral glue coating, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, contour scraping, flat scraping and buffing, finishing complete edge sealing in one feeding cycle.

The machine boasts a solid frame sized 6700×750×1500mm with adjustable conveyor speed of 18–24m/min. It runs at total power of 15.8kW under standard 0.7MPa working pressure. It supports boards 10–60mm thick and edge strips from 0.3mm to 3mm, and can process tiny workpieces with minimum 70mm length and 50mm width, compatible with MDF, plywood, solid wood, PVC and acrylic edge bands.

Pre-milling: Twin milling cutters remove saw burrs, uneven edges and tilt marks on raw panels to guarantee tight glue bonding.
Spiral Glue Tank: Built-in spiral stirring evenly heats and spreads hot melt glue, delivering uniform coating and strong adhesion without overflow.
Dual Trimming & Corner Rounding: Rough trimming cuts excess edging preliminarily to reduce tool wear; high-speed fine trimming with alloy discs creates flat edges. The corner rounding unit shapes smooth, attractive rounded board ends.
Dual Scraping & Buffing: Contour scraping removes wave marks from cutting; flat scraping further polishes tiny uneven spots. The final buffing wheel eliminates glue traces for mirror-smooth edge finishes.
