This compact unit measures 3000mm in length, 750mm in width, and 1500mm in height, with a total mass of 800kg. Its variable-speed feed system operates between 16 meters per minute, accommodating panel thicknesses from 10mm up to 60mm and edge strips ranging from 0.3mm to 3mm. The machine accepts boards as narrow as 50mm and as short as 70mm. Running on 380V/50Hz power with a total draw of 7kW and requiring 0.7MPa compressed air, the START 300 features a vertical display interface for straightforward operation. A hand-cranked mechanism with digital readout allows precise adjustment of the pressure beam height. The generously sized glue tank enables extended run times between refills. The machine executes a complete production sequence—gluing, pressing, rough trimming, end cutting, corner radiusing, high-volume dust extraction, secondary scraping, and final buffing—delivering a fully finished panel in one seamless pass.
